Executive Pay Increases

The January disclosed remuneration reports have been analysed and entered in the Meis database. Please see summary results below. Base Pay Increases At the lower quartile there was no increase, at the median 2% increasing to 13% at the upper quartile. Total Cash Total cash at the lower quartile has seen a fall. However at the median and the upper quartile we see an increase of 6% and 16%.
