Morgan Sindall Swap restricted shares for Options

The LTIP has an interesting feature which allows participants to elect to receive options instead of a share grant. if they elect so the ration is 4 option per share grant. the disclosed LTIP max is 100% of base but in this case can therefore be increased to 400% of base.
